The following brief reviews caught my attention because of their explicit wrestling with the concept of “latinidad” itself. All were penned by Prof. Renee Hudson (of Chapman University) and published by the Los Angeles Review of Books, and point to both critical and creative work worth our attention — and maybe inclusion in a future iteration of LIT 328: U.S. Latinx Writers!
